Cancellation and Prepayment policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.

Hideaway on George has the right to charge a prepayment of the total price in the 2 days before arrival.
Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a credit card.

Terms & conditions

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, all rooms are non-smoking and we have a no party policy.

Children & Extra Beds

All children are welcome.

All children or adults are charged AUD 30 per person per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.

For reservations made within 24 hours of arrival, bedding preferences are subject to availability. If you require twin beds, an additional bed or cot please contact the property in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your preference.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Credit card surcharges

Please note that there is a 0.95% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.
Please note that there is a 2.25% charge when you pay with an American Express card.
Please note that there is a 2.2% charge when you pay with a Unionpay credit card.
There is no surcharge for debit transactions.
